Taylor Farms Mediterranean Crunch Chopped Kit
Escarole, Endive, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Crispy Flatbread Strips, Feta Cheese, Radicchio, Carrots, Red Cabbage with Basil Balsamic Vinaigrette
Taylor Farms hit a bullseye this time. I was in Salad Heaven. The last time I reviewed a Taylor Farms salad, I tossed the salad in the trash. This time I only tossed the salad to mix it up in my big bowl.
It looked good and smelled good, so I knew it had to be ok. After I took a few bites, I instantly fell in love. I don’t know what it was, something was very juicy and flavorful. I think it was the Escarole or Endive. All the vegetables were super fresh and crunchy. The Feta Cheese was fresh and tasty, and the Flatbread Strips were not only Crispy, but also were very flavorful too.
I liked how it was full of vegetables. There were not too much Feta Cheese or Flatbread Strips. Lots of times, salads come with a lot of chicken or cheese, and it is almost like the vegetables are just garnish. This was my favorite salad review, so far.
